Developments in 2019

For over 20 years I've had a foot in two camps - purchasing and personal development.

Whilst often delivering both to clients I've kept my social media separate. That double life has confused clients, and me, which has led to the decision to move my blogging to my personal development blog - Landscaping Your Life.

I do hope that you'll join me there as we continue to explore landscaping our success together.

Procurement Relationships - Creative Whack Pack

Yesterday I shared one process (FCP) I use with clients to explore a challenge. Today I'm continuing that theme and am using the Creative Whack Pack.

This week's theme is how to get more internal stakeholder engagement with procurement.

The Creative Whack Pack invites us to consider how loosening up might be the solution.

In the accompanying book it says about this card:

"Some people are so closely married to their ideas that they have put them on a pedestal."

If this is a true statement for you can you see how that might mean internal stakeholders resist your advances.

What would loosening up look like in the current situation? And how might that improve your relationship(s)?
