The above question was raised by one of the participants on a recent category and supplier management workshop whilst discussing influencing stakeholders.
Whilst I'm sure someone will tell me that a crocodile's hearing is very acute - for me it illustrated the old adage "We have two ears and one mouth for a reason: to listen twice as much as we speak".
